Anna Silver Goes Off Track
Anna Silver knows exactly the kind of future she wants.
A tiny island off the map has other plans for her.

After a brutal separation from her husband, nature photographer Anna Silver has rebuilt her life around one simple rule: never lose control again. A prestigious overseas fellowship promises everything she wants: career stability, financial security for her and her teenage daughter, and a future free from emotional complications.
Anna is expecting the warmth and colours of Africa. Instead, she finds herself stranded on a remote Scottish island battered by wind, rain, and isolation, where privacy is in short supply. Worse, she seems to have lost the ability to take photographs that feel truly alive.
Then she meets Elias, a younger, charismatic biologist fighting to stop a tourism development that threatens the island’s fragile ecosystem. Drawn into the conflict and increasingly unable to ignore her growing connection to Elias, Anna finds herself pulled toward a life she never planned.
But as tensions rise with her daughter, her manipulative ex-husband resurfaces, as do long-buried secrets from Elias’s past. Anna retreats toward the safety of the life she fought so hard to rebuild — until Elias suddenly vanishes from the island.
Now Anna must decide whether she wants to remain safely distant from love, uncertainty, and the wild world she has always admired through her camera lens, or risk everything for a future that is both unpredictable and entirely off track.
